I managed and delivered a series of garden studio design-and-build projects with U-Build, overseeing each stage from client briefing to completion. I translated client ambitions, budgets, and timelines into deliverable outcomes, ensuring projects were completed on schedule and to a high level of detail. My role required bridging communication between clients, workshop, and site teams, bringing empathy, clarity, and direction to a range of audiences. I managed contracts, budgets, and risk, ensuring bespoke clauses and invoicing were handled accurately and on time. I also coordinated suppliers and deliveries, maintained quality control, and resolved on-site challenges efficiently through practical problem-solving and clear communication.
